But what if we need to deal with them all together? What strategy should we follow that will allow us to introduce Sinnaps to a team? To do this, it would be a good idea to design a plan that makes the process easier and makes it simple and quick to overcome.

 

 

3 steps to accelerate the acceptance of Sinnaps in your team:

 

Before going through the steps of our staffing management plan, we need to understand the easy and simple to use application.

Regardless of peoples’ personalities, the easy-to-use application will allow you to input your real costs, validate activities, communicate with others and avoid misunderstandings. It is a change of habits in the way we manage work, which is essential to better control possible deviations, unforeseen issues and real budgets for each project.

Before starting, we must be aware that the introduction of the software should be managed as if it were a project. Taking this into consideration, these are the steps that should be followed:

 

1- Assign an implementation manager

Assign an implementation manager in the team who has the support of Management. This is a person who detect difficulties, apply a strategy, estimate a time so that little by little all the team takes on the habit of using the new work methodology.

 

2 – Create an implementation plan

For example, in three months the team must follow the new work methodology. Do it as if it were a project itself. Although at the beginning, it will take more time, but after you will be able to optimize each aspect in a better way and, above all, better control the real project deviations.

The duration of this project can last up to one year, depending on different factors. Give your team time while making small advances.

 

 

3- Support from the executive committee

The person in charge of implementing the new methodology should have the support of Management. It is the lack of support from the executive committee that is the biggest cause of failure in the projects. 50% of project teams say they fail due to lack of support from the Board.
